With this Search Action, you can retrieve general company information about a specific business from the Dun & Bradstreet Data Cloud.
Important: The data block must be part of your contract with Dun & Bradstreet. If this is not the case, this action will result in an error message. Please contact your account manager.
Required Fields
The only thing you need for this is a company's D-U-N-S number. You can obtain this number via the Search Action 'Company Entity Resolution', which we explain further here.
Steps for Mapping the Data
D-U-N-S number:
Map the D-U-N-S number from an earlier step, as shown in the example below.
Perform a Test:
After mapping the data, perform a test to check if the action works correctly.
Ensure that the data block is part of your Direct+ Data Blocks agreement with Dun & Bradstreet. If this is not the case, contact your account manager to verify.
Use the Data
Now use one or more of the retrieved data points in another Zapier-connected app such as your CRM, ERP, or MAP.
