  • How do I modify Score settings?

    • As an Admin, you can modify the Score settings for all users in your account by selecting the preferred settings and click ‘Update’.
      A customized setting can be created via the Export CSV button, which will allow you to manually set each Risk Category to a specific Risk Level.
      Select ‘Custom’ to import the modified file and apply the customized settings. Analysts can also change screening settings ( ) but will not have access to the Backoffice.

  • Country / region risk

    • Where does the default Risk setting come from?
      All default Country Risks are based on the Transparency International report (Corruption Perception Index 2021). The default Risk level can be changed by uploading, modifying, and importing a csv document.

    • My import is not accepted
      Be sure to check the document properties are aligned with the appropriate separator. (Semicolon is preferred).

  • Activity risk

    • Where does the default Risk setting come from?
      All default Activity Risks are based on the Transparency International report. The default Risk level can be changed by uploading, modifying and importing a csv document.

  • Can I change the way a Compliance Score is calculated?

    • Scoring rules settings will allow you to set your own scoring rules based on the 5 different Risk Categories. You can select which combination of risk levels should result in which Global Compliance Score.

  • Which Sanction lists are included? (DowJones Only)

    • The overview of Sanctions Lists can be viewed and modified to include or exclude the Sanction lists you want to screen against.
