After accepting the invitation (read the previous article here), you can proceed with the authentication process to link the Zapier App with your Dun & Bradstreet Data Blocks.

Step 1: Gather Your Credentials

For authentication, you will need the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret sent to you via email by Dun & Bradstreet. If you have lost or cannot find these credentials, please contact our customer service. They will assist you within a few minutes. Visit this link for help.

Step 2: Find the Dun & Bradstreet App in Zapier

After accepting the invitation, go to the Apps section in your Zapier account. You will usually find the app under the 'Other Apps' tab. Choose the option to Connect or Reconnect.

Step 3: Start the Authentication Process

Once you have selected the app, you will see an authorization screen like the one below:

Follow these steps:

  1. Enter the Consumer Key: This is a unique key sent to you by Dun & Bradstreet.

  2. Enter the Consumer Secret: This is a secret code also sent to you.

Then click the orange button "Yes, Continue to Dun & Bradstreet" to proceed.

Step 4: Confirm the Connection

After entering the correct credentials and clicking the button, the connection between Zapier and your Dun & Bradstreet Data Blocks will be established. You are now ready to utilize the various automation capabilities this integration offers.
