Common Causes of Errors

If you're experiencing issues with the app, one of the following may be the cause:

  1. Temporary service disruption or scheduled maintenance on the web service.

  2. Your contract or credentials have expired – check the validity of your API credentials or contact your account manager.

  3. The selected Data Blocks or Levels are not included in your contract – only Data Blocks contractually agreed upon are available for use in Zapier.

Common Error Codes

  • 403 Forbidden
    The requested Data Block is not included in your contract.

  • 404 Not Found
    The provided D-U-N-S number is invalid or unknown.

  • 400 Bad Request
    One or more required fields are missing.
