Only as an administrator you can create, modify and deactivate users in D&B Credit. Here we explain how to do that.

For all these actions, click on your account picture on the top right and go to 'Manage users'.
Create new user
Go to 'New User' to create a new user. When creating a new user, pay attention to the role, user profile and other settings. At the bottom of this page you will find a link to the overview of the roles and user profiles.
Manage and deactivate users
To adjust the settings, click on a user's name. On the page, click on 'Edit user' at the top right. Select the status 'Inactive' to deactivate a user.
